NIck Kiriazis

Nick teaches Ecology, Biology, and Field Science at Venture High School in Mariott-Slaterville, UT. Nick is particularly enthusiastic about research-based curricula and Expeditionary Learning involving intensive studies of specific topics, both in and out of the classroom. With some field research involving lizards, turtles, and snakes already under his belt, Nick fits right in with our field projects and we're excited to begin designing experiments for his classroom this summer!

Brandon Pope

Pope teaches Biology and Environmental Science at Summit International Prepartory in Arlington, TX. When teaching, he emphasizes the hands-on study of live plants and animals as inspirations for learning about ecology and evolution, and for considering our role in the natural  world. As an avid herpetologist and natural historian, he's a great addition to our field research team and we can't wait to see what he and his students find out during his Fellowship!
